This is not commercial software so feel free to download and share.

Check out the demo videos on the sound toy pages, and if you want to play with any of the sound toys then simply download them here...

If you are a sound designer who knows a little bit of Max/MSP or Pure Data and would like to develop your own sound engines to use with the soundtoy animated interfaces then download the "designer" versions where available. A starter Max/MSP patch is included to get the ball rolling.

See below for a few important notes.

The software available from this website is free for non-commercial use, and comes with no guarantees.

Many of the soundtoys use real-time synthesis or DSP processes running in a software application which runs alongside the main soundtoy app. This basically means that they are quite processor intensive. So you will need a reasonably powerful computer to run them smoothly. All soundtoys have been built and tested on a 2.33 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Macbook Pro, with ATI Radeon X1600 (256MB RAM) graphics, so they should run well on a system with equivalent specs or above, unless otherwise stated.

Soundtoys that use a gamepad have been tested using a Logitech RumblePad.

Now for the small print...
